*Net proceeds raised by Pride San Antonio such as the Pride Bigger Than Texas Festival are distributed through public community gatherings to registered nonprofit organizations chosen by the Board of Directors from entities recognized by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States. We encourage you to learn  about the 2024 beneficiaries listed below and to support their causes.

· No outside drinks; with the exception of water. Water must be contained in the original packaging (water bottles only UNOPENED/SEALED) with a limit of 1 per person of 16 oz or less. No Yeti's, cups, styrofoam cups, tumblers, containers, CamelBak or similar products allowed;

· No outside food; for the safety of all festival guests, outside food and drinks will not be allowed;  

· No outside alcohol;

· No smoking or vaping allowed; per COSA Ordinance;

· No ice chests;

· No coolers;

· No weapons;

· No firearms; 

· No knives; 

· No concealed firearms; 

· No nudity, this is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event;

· All bags are subject to search; small to medium bags/purses only;

· All costumes are subject to search.

To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, guests, and volunteers at the Pride Bigger Than Texas Festival, the following bag policy will be enforced at the gate upon entry:

· All bags and purses will be subject to inspection at the gate. Festival attendees are encouraged to travel light and leave unnecessary items at home. This will help speed up the entry process and ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone.;

· Attendees who refuse to have their bags inspected will not be allowed to enter the festival;

· Attendees may be asked to remove items from their bags before presenting them for inspection. This includes phones, cameras, keys, and any other items;

· All bags brought into the festival must not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ in size. This includes purses, handbags, backpacks, messenger bags, and any other type of bag. Exceptions may be made for medical and diaper bags;

· Diaper bags are allowed and will be subject to inspection;

· Backpacks and purses that do not comply with the bag policy will not be allowed into the festival;

· No oversized bags or backpacks will be allowed, including but not limited to: duffel bags, and luggage.

  All gear will be inspected upon entry – NO EXCEPTIONS.

· Camping chairs;

· Folding chairs;

· Strollers;

· Child carriers;

· Personal Water. Water must be contained in the original packaging (water bottles only UNOPENED/SEALED) with a limit of 1 per person of 16 oz or less NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pets are allowed to be present at the festival and on the park grounds. Pets must be leashed at all times, no exceptions. Owners are to clean up after their pet and are to dispose of waste as required by city ordinance.  

Pets are not to be tied or restrained to trees, posts, railings or left unattended.

Temperatures are expected to rise on the day of the event, please ensure you have plenty of water on hand and protect your pet from the heat, including proper care for their paws; sidewalks, streets and the grass WILL BE HOT. There will be no veterinarian care on-site.
